Webbase Mobile vs AETRControl Assistant

The mobile app provides basic fleet management functions in an easy-to-use, interactive graphical interface. The application provides instant information on the location and status of vehicles in the fleet using Secret Control services. VEHICLE INFORMATION. The app displays key information about the vehicles connected to the system in a clear and searchable way: valid vignettes of the vehicles, vehicle parking information, driver names, battery charge, current route type, odometer readings, fuel levels and last known location of the vehicles. INTERACTIVE MAP VIEW. Through the map view of the app, you can display the current location of vehicles in your fleet or just the vehicles selected by the user with a single click. The map allows you to check the routes taken up to 24 hours back. The data of a given vehicle can be displayed in the map view with a single click. VIGNETTE MONITORING. With a dedicated menu item, the types of vignettes of vehicles and their validity periods can be viewed in an easy-to-understand map view and also in a list. QUERY JOURNEY FORMS. The application provides online and real-time access to vehicle journey forms, allowing you to monitor the current status of your fleet without the need for transport operator consultation. CHAT. The application can be used to chat with the driver of any vehicle connected to the system and to assign an immediate call to the selected vehicle. PERSONALIZED. Only the data that the user requests and sets up are displayed in the application interface, making data and information easy to view and monitor. The app provides an interactive graphical interface to a limited set of Webbase logistics system dispatching functions on iOS mobile devices. Webbase Mobile is not a replacement for, but a complement to, a PC-based application with a similar purpose but more complete functionality. Its purpose is to provide the user (dispatcher or fleet manager) with the possibility to perform basic fleet management functions while away from the computer.

Reading of G1, G2 and G2v2 driver cards with the AETRControl Front device and using supported card readers (Feitian, acs) and uploading its storage to the address www.aetrcontrol.eu. Recharging after reading is automatic. Displaying the next tachograph and driver card reading, tachograph service, and driver card renewal deadlines in the application and in the Calendar. The service is only available to AETRControl customers.
