About

CheckStitch

Features

CheckStitch is the missing bridge between the list you wrote and the reminders you actually need. Write a checklist once — name it, add your items — then run it. Every item becomes its own Apple Reminder, in the list you choose. No more typing the same thing ten times, and no more half-finished lists lost in Notes. WHY IT HELPS • One tap, a whole list. Running a checklist creates a reminder for every item at once, so the typing is finished before you start. • Your order survives. Number Reminders prefixes each title with its position — "1. Buy milk", "2. Call the plumber" — so the sequence you wrote is the sequence you see. • Notes come along. Anything you type under an item rides into the reminder's note, so the details stay attached to the task. • Duplicate and reuse. A checklist is a reusable template: run it again next week, next month, or every Monday morning without retyping a thing. EVERYTHING YOU NEED, NOTHING YOU DON'T • One checklist, many items — each item becomes exactly one reminder, with the item's name as the title. • Pick the destination — send reminders to your Reminders inbox or to any list you already have, and change it whenever you like. • Number Reminders, optionally — turn the position prefix on when the order matters, off when it doesn't. • Apple Watch app — read your checklists and create their reminders from your wrist, included with the iPhone app. • Sync through your own iCloud — the checklist you built on your iPhone is waiting on your iPad and Mac. No account to create. • Shortcuts and Siri — "Run Checklist" and "List My Checklists" App Intents, so a routine can start hands-free. • Export and import — back up your checklists or move them between devices from Settings. • Make it yours — system, light or dark appearance, adjustable text size, and an optional random nature wallpaper with the photographer credited. THOUGHTFUL BY DESIGN • Real Apple Reminders, created through Apple's Reminders framework and stored in your own account. • CheckStitch only ever creates reminders. It never reads, edits, completes or deletes them afterwards. • Your checklists live on your device and sync through your own iCloud — never to the author or to any third party. • No analytics, no tracking, no advertising. The only network request is the optional background wallpaper. • Six languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Japanese and Simplified Chinese. PRICING Try CheckStitch free: you can run 20 checklists at no cost. If it earns a place in your day, a single one-time purchase — the CheckStitch License — unlocks it forever. No subscription, no ads, no account. Routines, packing lists, opening and closing procedures: anything you do more than once belongs in a checklist. Write it once, then let CheckStitch do the typing.
