Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Cannect Dispensary at none against LiveLists's 1. Cannect Dispensary also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 10 months) and ratings volume (86 vs 2). LiveLists's advantage is iOS requirement (9.0 vs 17.4). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.
