Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: HTTP Injector at 3.9 against IoT OnOff's 3.5. HTTP Injector also leads on ratings volume (48 vs 14). IoT OnOff's advantage is review sentiment (48% vs 38%) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IoT OnOff sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and HTTP Injector sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
HTTP Injector holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 3.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 14 and 48 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 48% of IoT OnOff's written reviews are positive against 38% of HTTP Injector's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
IoT OnOff ships an update every 3 weeks, HTTP Injector fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
