Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: BlancVPN at 4.3 against BAS's 3.5. BlancVPN also leads on review sentiment (46% vs 8%) and ratings volume (681 vs 8). BAS's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.0). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
