EquipmentFit turns your training goal and available equipment into a focused weekly workout plan, then keeps today’s session clear. BUILD A PLAN AROUND YOUR EQUIPMENT Choose a training direction and select the equipment you can reliably access. EquipmentFit uses those inputs to create a practical weekly structure with workout and recovery days. TRAIN THE SESSION IN FRONT OF YOU • Review today’s workout and the movements ahead. • See exercise targets, including sets, reps, rest guidance, and exercise descriptions when available. • Start a session, log reps, load, and RPE for each set, and mark completed sets as you go. • Use the in-session timer and rest interval, save your place, and resume a session later. KEEP THE WORK VISIBLE • View completed sessions and recent training history. • Track sessions, working sets, logged volume, and streaks based on workouts you record. • Add a weekly check-in for your energy, recovery, and notes. • See milestones that reflect the training you log. OPTIONAL AI TOOLS EquipmentFit includes optional AI-assisted workout planning, training-readiness ideas, body context, and general movement cues. Photo features are optional. Choosing a photo does not upload it; the app asks for separate confirmation immediately before sending a selected image through EquipmentFit’s authenticated backend to OpenAI. You can continue without photo processing. General movement cues are not a diagnosis, safety clearance, medical assessment, or substitute for a qualified professional or coach. Review AI suggestions before relying on them. MEMBERSHIP An EquipmentFit Plus subscription is required for AI-generated plans and premium coaching requests. Monthly and annual options are available. The exact price and billing period are shown by Apple before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings.
