The PRECISE-DAPT score calculator provides the percentage probability of major bleeding at twelve months in patients with coronary artery disease treated with dual antiplatelet therapy after coronary stenting. This tool is designed to support clinicians decision making for dual antiplatelet therapy duration after coronary stenting. This calculator specifically designed for mobile devices, provides a rapid and intuitive assessment of patients' bleeding risk. Additional features include: – PRECISE-DAPT score calculation – Estimate of bleeding risk at 12-months for TIMI major and TIMI major or minor bleeding – Bleeding risk status according to the original score categories – Reporting system including all relevant information regarding the antiplatelet therapy selection and stenting procedure – An advanced e-mail reporting system to share information with the patient or other clinicians The PRECISE-DAPT score calculator includes 5 predictive risk factors to calculate the probability of major bleeding: Age Creatinin Clearance Haemoglobin levels White blood cell count History of previous spontaneous bleeding The score has been developed from a collaborative dataset including 14,963 patients from 8 randomized clinical trials, enrolled in more than 130 clinical sites and 12 countries worldwide. The PRECISE-DAPT Risk Score has been externally validated in two independent datasets. The PRECISE-DAPT Score and all related materials are for exclusive use of health care professionals and is intended as a supportive risk assessment tool which should never replace clinical judgment, physician–patient relationship or medical advice. Treatment risks and benefits should always be considered in the context of a comprehensive professional clinical assessment, taking into account all available data and treatment options. Physicians and other healthcare providers should always exercise their own clinical judgment for any given situation.

AngioAID 3D is educational tool designed to teach key concepts of diagnostic angiography of coronary arteries. Developed at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, New York State's highest volume cardiac cath lab, we aim to provide an interactive learning experience on this important topic. Within a 3D live simulation, you begin by advancing a diagnostic guidewire into the aortic root. Then, advance one of many diagnostic catheter options to either the right of left coronary ostium. Through pushing and pulling, as well as rotation of the catheter, try to achieve a truly co-axial engagement of the coronary ostium with the catheter. Meanwhile monitor the hemodynamic tab which simulated damping from over-engagement or roofing of the catheter tip. Line up the view with the target view, zoom to fill the screen with he coronaries, and rotate the C-Arm LAO/RAO and Cranial/Caudal until you're where you think you need to be. Finally, inject dye and take a cine to compare with the one we actually did in the cath lab for this set of coronaries. In addition to the diagnostic simulation, "Review Mode" allows you to play with angles and panning while always being able to see the vessels with no dye injection needed. Also a collection of key topics have been included within the review mode such as key angiographic angles depending on what you're aiming to see clearly, vessel segmentation conventions, and more coronary anatomy and angiography pearls. We highly recommend you view the tutorial video that is available when you first open the application or from the settings page to understand all of the available functions. The first launch has a normal set of coronary arteries but please stay tuned while we create more sets of coronaries such as anomalous coronaries and bypass grafts.

Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Precise DAPT at none against AngioAID 3D's shown. Precise DAPT also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 28 months) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
