Getting Things Done is a self management philosophy from the eponymous book by David Allen. On the In Tray tab, users can capture all the amorphous To Do items. Next, users can decide to take definite, prioritized, time-bounded actions or plan projects of many actions. On the Next Actions tab, they can view an ordered list of all the Next Actions needed to be taken based on Context (eg Phone, Computer, Home, etc). Users can view multi-action Projects and Review Notes on the Planning tab. Reviews are a way for the users to record important accomplishments and improvements to productivity. On any tab, users can view details about each To Do, Next Action, Project, or Review as well as create a new one. Users can also link Next Actions to Projects and Contexts. This application includes artwork from Symplicity, Tinache Mugayi, Guru, Delwar Hossain, and AlePio.

Most to-do apps tell you WHAT to do and WHEN. Vividly tells you WHY, because for an ADHD or autistic brain, a plain reminder is easy to ignore. The hard part isn't knowing the task exists. It's starting it. Vividly is a gentle, shame free task assistant built around one idea: every task comes with a motivating "why" that meets you where you are. MEET PIP Pip is your calm coach inside the app. Pip writes short, supportive nudges, helps you plan, breaks overwhelming tasks into tiny first steps, and stays with you when things feel like too much. No nagging. No guilt. Just a steady voice that helps you begin. HOW IT WORKS Add a task, tap "Generate a Why," and Pip writes a motivating prompt in the tone you choose: Reward, Empathetic, Practical, Momentum, or Playful. Not feeling it? Tap "Try Another" for a fresh angle. Reminders arrive with the why attached, so the nudge actually lands. BUILT FOR EXECUTIVE DYSFUNCTION - Brain Dump: pour out everything on your mind and let Pip turn it into clear, scheduled tasks. - Break It Down: turn a daunting task into 3 to 5 tiny steps you can actually start. - What Should I Do Now: beat decision paralysis as Pip picks one task that fits your energy and the time of day. - Focus Timer: gentle, distraction free work sessions. - Daily Check In: tell Pip your energy level and the tone adapts, softer on hard days. - Morning Brief: a calm spoken summary of your day, read aloud. - Quick Wins: knock out tiny tasks to build momentum. - Permission to Drop: a monthly, judgment free review of tasks it may be okay to simply let go of. SUPPORT THAT FITS YOUR LIFE - Companions: invite a trusted partner, parent, or friend to see your tasks and gently help, with read only or full access, your choice. - Family plans: shared seats for people you live with, each with their own private tasks. CALM BY DESIGN Soft colors, low visual clutter, and no streaks shaming you for an off day. Vividly is built to lower the cost of starting, not pile on pressure. PLANS - Free: up to 10 active tasks and 25 AI motivations a month. - Basic: unlimited tasks, 2,000 AI motivations, 1 Companion. - Companion: everything in Basic, plus 3 Companions. - Family: shared seats for 3 or 5 members, each fully private. Free to start. Upgrade anytime. Cancel anytime in your App Store settings. Vividly won't fix executive dysfunction, nothing does. But it can make the next small step feel a little more possible. And some days, that's everything. Questions or feedback? We'd love to hear from you: support@bromanderglobal.com Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
