About

Plyomat 3.0

Features

Know the athlete. See the session. Coach the next step. Plyomat brings jump testing, athlete history and team reporting into one coaching workspace. Capture jump and contact-time tests with compatible Plyomat hardware, review the results, and keep the comparisons relevant to the work your athletes are doing. ATHLETE PROFILES AND HISTORY Keep an athlete's sessions, personal records, performance trends and readiness together. Untagged results are the default for performance tracking, with separate tagged views so different testing conditions stay distinct. READINESS WITH CONTEXT Review jump height (JH), RSI and DRI against an athlete's personal baseline. Clear comparison states help you see the context, while missing or unsuitable comparison data stays neutral. Choose a tag or exact tag combination for your readiness routine. Your selection is remembered across Readiness views for your coach account and organization on that device. BASELINE RULES IN ONE PLACE Use Settings to review baseline rules and, with the appropriate permissions, manage organization and group windows. Preview the impact of changes while retaining athlete-specific overrides and pinned baselines. A DASHBOARD THAT FITS YOUR WORK Choose and arrange the widgets you use, including Daily activity, Readiness, Reactive Strength, Jump Volume, Data Check, Personal Records, Top Performers and Symmetry History. Existing customized layouts are preserved. LOOK BEYOND A SINGLE NUMBER See how jump height and ground contact time work together in RSQ. Compare left and right results from unilateral testing in symmetry history, and view PPS when the required capture mass is available. REPORTS FOR THE QUESTION YOU'RE ASKING Select the athlete or group and date range you want to review. Export CSV files and PDF reports where supported. For larger histories, the app guides you to a narrower selection. Separate date-range exports from Sessions give you another way to work with your history. CLEAN UP DATA WITH INTENT Data Check puts obvious unusual readings first for review. Exclude individual reps or archive a whole set, with Undo for those review actions. Open a saved session to inspect individual reps and remove unwanted readings. DISPLAY BUILT FOR THE TESTING FLOOR Keep the current reading prominent with flexible Display layouts, a clearer RSI Hero view and subtle feedback when you select a different mode. Compatible Plyomat hardware is required for live measurement capture.
