Our CEO, randy, dispatches us to repo the phones from the angry customers, thus freeing them from their payment obligations, and best of all, freeing them from this bad and smelly smartphone. you should expect the customers to be slightly irritated by this situation. they may throw their phones at you or worse. take no excuses, just take those phones back and give them to Randy. do a good job and who knows, you might even get a huge promotion or a 30 minute paid lunch vacation ,Randy's choice of course.
