Micad Audit vs BICSc Audit

The Micad Audit app is the mobile application that compliments the Micad suite of Property Management software. It provides the user with the ability to undertake location based audits such as Cleaning to the NHS national standards in operation throughout the UK and Ireland. In addition, Micad audit supports multiple audit types including catering, waste, EHS, fire and decontamination as well as client specific audits. Micad Audit allows supervisors to manage their workload and ensure their estates & assets are compliant. Auditors access their workload via the Micad Audit app and assess their elements, providing feedback to the management system on failures, failure reasons and the required corrective actions. Aimed at any cleaning or hygiene operation, the BICSc Audit app provides the functionality to audit the processes and paperwork within an organisation, combined with the option to undertake a full visual inspection of the building. It can be used as a daily checking system for cleaning supervisors, a monthly sample inspection for managers, or for a client to be able to complete their own inspection. The inspection element of the app includes the 6 Functional Risk Categories as specified by NHS England, along with the complete list of 50 elements. The app has the ability to include pictures to illustrate any comments the auditor wishes to make. The completed reports can be downloaded in a PDF format which will include the auditor's comments and pictures that have been added. Historical reports are available to download while the user holds a valid subscription.
