SisRUN Elite vs Greenday Movement

SisRUN Elite é o app ideal para alunos e atletas de assessorias esportivas que utilizam o sistema SisRUN. Tudo o que você precisa para treinar, acompanhar seu desempenho e interagir com sua assessoria, na palma da mão.

Stop guessing. Start training on your best days. Greenday Movement matches the daily forecast against your personal weather preferences and gives you a clear color signal — green, yellow, or red — so you know exactly when conditions are perfect for your sport. Set your ideal temperature range (°F or °C), wind limit, and rain tolerance for each sport. Greenday Movement pulls the real-time forecast for your location and color-codes every day. GREEN — Perfect conditions. Go all out. YELLOW — Slightly outside your range. Train through it and earn double XP. RED — Extreme weather. Take the guilt-free rest day. -- SPORT PROFILES -- Build a separate profile for every sport you do — road cycling, mountain biking, running, golf, padel, tennis, hiking, kayaking, and more. What's perfect for a trail run isn't perfect for a round of golf. Greenday Movement knows the difference. -- STREAKS & MEDALS -- Log your training, build your streak, and unlock secret medals for milestones you didn't see coming. A Streak Freeze protects your progress when life gets in the way — so one bad week doesn't erase everything you've built. -- GREENDAY SCORE -- Your weekly and monthly score tracks how many of your perfect training days you actually used. It's a simple measure of consistency — and it's more motivating than you'd expect. -- 5-DAY FORECAST -- See whether the next five days are green, yellow, or red — so you can plan your workouts around the forecast, not fight it. -- CALENDAR INTEGRATION -- Tap once to add all upcoming green days to your Apple, Google, or Outlook calendar. Your training schedule, sorted in seconds. -- FRIENDS & CHALLENGES -- Add training partners, share your Greenday Score, and join club challenges. A little friendly competition keeps you showing up on days you'd otherwise skip. -- DAILY NOTIFICATIONS -- Get a morning notification when today is a green day for your sport. Never miss a perfect training window again. -- WEATHER IQ -- Greenday Movement watches how you actually train and suggests smarter settings over time — because your real thresholds matter more than your first guesses. Supports both °F and °C. Works for any outdoor sport. Free to download. Start your first streak today. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
