Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Baims at 4.5 against Edris Online's 3.0. Baims also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 13 months) and ratings volume (2K vs 1). Edris Online's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 41) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Baims sells 41 one-off in-app purchases. Edris Online asks for nothing beyond the download.
Baims holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Baims has 2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Baims ships an update every 6 days, Edris Online every 13 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
