Fighter Foundry has developed the most advanced full impact striking system in the Strike Pad and Strike APP. The Strike App connects to the accelerometer in the Fighter Foundry Strike Pad to collect and analyze the data from your training session to aid you, the fighter, with a method to track your progress of your strike power, endurance, speed, and calories burned. Data will include average strike power, max power, number of strikes in a given training period, and approximate number of calories burned during your workout period.
