Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: DialVision at none against Warmachine App's 2. DialVision also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). Warmachine App's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 37 months) and rating (4.5 vs 4.1). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.
