Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Car.gr at 4.7 against My eBeer's 1.0. Car.gr also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (154 vs 1). My eBeer's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
