Tableau Mobile for BlackBerry vs RefinedData™

IMPORTANT NOTE: Tableau Mobile for BlackBerry is specially designed for and will ONLY work with the BlackBerry® Dynamics Secure Mobility Platform. Tableau Mobile gives you the freedom to stay on top of your data, no matter where you are or when you need it. With a fast, intuitive, and interactive experience, explore your dashboards and find just what you’re looking for, all from the convenience of your mobile device. The Tableau Mobile app requires a Tableau Server or Tableau Online account. Please note, it does not work with Tableau Public. Features: • Interactive previews let you access your data even when you’re offline. • Mark your favorite dashboards or views to always have them at your fingertips. • Scroll, search, and browse your organization’s dashboards with a navigation experience that’s both intuitive and familiar. • Interact with your data to ask and answer questions on the go.

The RefinedData™ app minimizes paperwork, coordinates team activities and lets you focus on what matters most: delivering an outstanding occupant experience. As a site manager your site inspections are transformed. No more pen-and-paper(work). Walk the site, record deficiencies on your mobile phone and take photos of each issue. Assign it to your team and you’re done. Your team is immediately aware of the issue and can begin working on the problem before your inspection is even complete. How’s that for efficiency! Share contracted tasks with vendors for estimates and get your PO’s approved. Compliance, health and safety, fire safety, hazard assessment and other surveys can all be completed using the app. You can even assign scheduled and ad-hoc activities such as Spring and Winter Maintenance, Lot Maintenance and a host of other custom checklists and tasks to your team. When a health and safety incident occurs the first qualified team member at the scene records vital details and photos, instantly alerting your health and safety, human resources and insurance teams back at head office. This is real-time, collaborative, mobile site management for the 21st century. Our Site Manager app is available to all users of Refined Data’s Real Estate Portfolio Management application.
