Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: Local B Studio at 111 against Fit Revolution's 2. Fit Revolution's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Fit Revolution against 5.0 for Local B Studio. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Local B Studio has 111 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
