The FORTA (Fit fOR The Aged) List, the first drug classification combining positive and negative labelling of drugs used to treat older people, has just been computerized and is now available in App Store at no cost. The FORTA App provides different search options which facilitate FORTA’s use in daily clinical practice.

Clear supports physicians in discussing code status with patients. This specialized app provides an evidence-based framework to facilitate shared decision-making and ensure clear, effective communication. Key Features: - Individual Prognosis Calculation – Assess whether resuscitation and shared decision-making are clinically justified or if alternative measures should be recommended in an emergency. - Illustrations and Suggested Phrasing – Use visual aids and structured phrasing to explain the resuscitation process in a clear and patient-friendly way. - Intuitive Checklists – Systematically record and document the resuscitation status with a simple, guided checklist.
