Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: BloodCOMM at 5.0 against MyUSNG's 4.4. BloodCOMM also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 10 months). MyUSNG's advantage is ratings volume (9 vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
