-부동산거래 전자계약 모바일 서비스(공인중개사,계약자)- 본 서비스는 부동산거래 전자계약시스템(http://irts.molit.go.kr)의 모바일 서비스입니다. 국토교통부 부동산거래 전자계약은 2016년 4월 시범운영(서초구)을 시작으로 2017년 전국으로 확산 중에 있습니다. 본 서비스는 부동산거래 전자계약시스템에서 작성한 매매 및 임대차 전자계약서를 조회하고, 수정할 수 있으며, 계약자의 본인확인, 신분증촬영, 전자서명 등을 통해 전자적으로 부동산 계약 체결을 지원합니다. 공인중개사는 전자계약시스템에 가입한 회원정보(아이디/비밀번호, 공인인증서)로, 계약자는 휴대폰본인인증을 통해 로그인 후 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
