The aim is to provide a preventative and proactive intervention for the early detection, identification and resolution of both work and personal problems that may adversely affect performance and well-being. An effective Employee Assistance Program can lead to a reduction in absenteeism, accidents and staff turnover, whilst at the same time increasing staff morale.
