Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Lifeline VIEW AED at Free against AED's $0.99. Lifeline VIEW AED also leads on review sentiment (50% vs 33%) and ratings volume (6 vs 1). AED's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 34 months). On rating, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
