Some recent reviews: "...thank you for developing such an invaluable app. As a self-help app, I really appreciate how it provides a plethora of helpful, positive self-affirmations to select, in order to try and replace the negative ones with. Other self-help apps ask the user to provide their own alternative affirmations, which I find that can be an impossible task - if one is so steeped in limiting, negative thoughts, feelings and perspectives about one's self. Everyone - no matter who they are - have doubts and insecurities about themselves selves and therefore, I feel this app is beneficial for all...." "I love love love this app! I just discovered it, but I've been looking a long time for an app to help me cope with social anxiety/perfectionism/low self esteem... It really helps me understand my feelings and try to confront them head on!" Terms of Use: https://www.thinkladder.com/terms-of-use/

Quantum (QTFM) is your space for self-reflection — a place to notice what you feel, put it into words, and explore your own experience over time. Notice what is present right now. Give it a name. Explore what may be underneath it. As you reflect, your entries become a personal record of your emotional journey. QTFM GUIDE New to Quantum? The built-in guide introduces the Feeling Wheel, Journal, Journey, Pattern Room, and Inner Circle, including every journal page, helping you understand the space before you begin. FEELING WHEEL Start with what is present right now. Choose on the Feeling Wheel or type a feeling in your own words, find a closer word, record intensity, and add context. Mirror and Journal take on a soft wash of your feeling's colour that follows its intensity. You can also say “Log joy in Quantum” to Siri to open a pre-filled check-in; nothing is saved until you choose to save it. JOURNAL Make space for reflection with five pages: Words, Draw, Night Review, Gratitude, and Let go. Close the day under a starry sky in Night Review. Count what was good in Gratitude, by person, place, moment, thing, or self. Set something down in Let go and watch it float or fade away, with a moment to bring it back. Draw when words won't come; drawings are sealed and can be reopened. Write when something is there, not because you have to. JOURNEY See your reflections come together over time. Your Journey gives you a view of your emotional trail, helping you notice recurring feelings, moments, and rhythms. PATTERN ROOM Look back at your reflections for an optional deeper view of patterns across your entries — how feelings, intensity, timing, and recurring moments appear over time. INNER CIRCLE Choose what you want to share with people you trust. Share a Mirror window — and, when invited, view theirs as a simple peek at emotion, intensity, time, and note. Your Journal and Pattern Room remain private. Inner Circle uses iCloud to keep shared reflections within your protected sharing space. BUILT FOR IPHONE DUO On iPhone Duo, Mirror and Journal open side by side on the inner screen, with room for more feeling words. MAKE IT YOURS Choose the Classic or Violet app icon in Settings, and decide whether the colour wash follows your intensity. YOUR REFLECTIONS, YOUR SPACE Quantum is designed around your own observations. Your reflections stay on your device and can be automatically backed up to your private iCloud when enabled in Settings. A MIRROR, NOT AN ORACLE Quantum is a self-reflection app. It does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. It gives you a space to observe, reflect, and understand yourself through your own experiences. Start with a feeling. See what you notice.
