Verdict
Ratios and Elsewhen both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 90% of Elsewhen's written reviews are positive against 71% of Ratios's. Elsewhen also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months). Ratios's advantage is ratings volume (79 vs 22) and iOS requirement (10.3 vs 15.0).
