Die App bündelt alle für Ihren Portalzugang freigegebenen Informationen an einem geschützten Ort: • Akten und aktueller Bearbeitungsstand • erforderliche Freigaben und Rückmeldungen • Dokumente, Uploads und Dokumentenprüfung • sichere Nachrichten mit KALER • Rechnungen und offene Beträge • bestätigte und angefragte Termine • transparente Honorarübersicht Bei Zeithonorar-Mandaten zeigt KALER Clients die im Kanzleisystem erfassten Gesamtminuten. Bei einer Abrechnung nach dem Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz wird stattdessen eindeutig „RVG“ angezeigt. Nach ausdrücklicher Freigabe durch die Kanzlei legt der Mandant über einen persönlichen, zeitlich begrenzten Einrichtungslink sein Passwort fest. Danach erfolgt die Anmeldung mit E-Mail-Adresse und Passwort; optional kann auf unterstützten Geräten Face ID, Fingerabdruck oder der Gerätecode eingerichtet werden. Nach Inaktivität sperrt sich die App automatisch. Eine öffentliche Registrierung ist nicht möglich. Sie sehen ausschließlich Daten, die KALER ausdrücklich für Ihren Portalzugang freigegeben hat.
