Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: subflow at none against Spectiv's 2. subflow also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 4 months). Spectiv's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.3) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 16.6). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.
