About

AcoustoViz

See sound in context—without sending your media away. AcoustoViz is a local-first iPhone and iPad workspace for recording or importing audio and video, exploring spectra and spectrograms, arranging visual overlays, and exporting media and traceable reports. CAPTURE AND IMPORT • Record camera video with live acoustic visualization overlays. • Import audio or video from Files and choose media from Photos. • Keep original media and derived projects under your control. EXPLORE AND ORGANIZE • Inspect waveform, FFT spectrum, spectrogram, octave-band, marker, and selection views. • Use project search, tags, favorites, archives, templates, and recoverable local jobs. • Compare sessions and preserve analysis settings with their results. ACOUSTOVIZ PRO • Free use supports one on-screen visualization control. Existing multi-control projects remain fully readable. • Free app interfaces and newly exported overlay videos include a bottom-left AcoustoViz watermark. • One non-consumable purchase unlocks the professional template library, multiple simultaneous controls, full-length overlay video export, and automatic removal of ads and the watermark. • Pro defaults to a clean interface and clean new exports; the brand watermark can be shown again in Settings. Restore the purchase on another device using the same Apple Account. EXPORT WITH CONTEXT • Free use can export up to 30 seconds of rendered overlay video with the watermark; Pro unlocks full-length export without it by default. • Produce local CSV, JSON Lines, PNG, and PDF reports with units, settings, hashes, and limitations. • Share only when you choose a destination in the system share sheet. MEASUREMENT BOUNDARIES Levels are relative dBFS by default. An optional user-supplied calibration profile can enable derived dB SPL only while its device route, sample format, channel policy, evidence, and validity period still match. These values are engineering estimates—not IEC 61672 Class 1/2 certification, legal metrology, medical advice, or a safety/compliance decision. A display offset is never calibration. PRIVACY BY DESIGN No account, cloud dependency, or automatic media upload. Media analysis, projects, calibration records, and diagnostics stay on device unless you deliberately export or share them. The free tier may show consent-gated Google banners on Projects and Settings; app media is never sent to the advertising SDK. Tracking is optional. Before requesting Google ads, the app requests system tracking permission and completes applicable consent checks. Declining tracking does not limit free features. Privacy Policy and Ad information and reporting are always available in Settings.
