ZeroGuard is a jobsite safety app for general contractors. Pre-task plans, safety reporting, jobsite roster management, and AI-powered analytics, all in one app, on every phone. Most safety tools were built for the office, not the field. ZeroGuard flips that. Every morning, subcontractor foremen submit their pre-task plans straight from their phone. Superintendents open their dashboard and get a real-time read across every crew before a single boot hits the ground. WHAT MAKES ZEROGUARD DIFFERENT WE ONLY DO SAFETY. No scheduling, no billing, no production logs. Just the safety layer, done right. Other tools treat safety as a side feature. We treat it as the whole product. WE BUILT IT FOR THE FIELD. Foremen submit PTPs from their phone with a workflow designed for jobsite conditions, not desk work. Safety reports are filed in the moment, with photos attached and corrective actions tracked. The jobsite roster keeps track of every worker on site, every day, so safety follows the people, not the paperwork. WE TURN DAILY DATA INTO READINESS. The Analytics tab reads every PTP and safety report as it comes in. Each morning, GCs and supers get a clear picture of the day ahead: recurring hazards across crews, lessons from yesterday's reports, and what each team needs to know before work starts. Field teams head out informed, not in the dark. QUALITY, NOT JUST CHECK-THE-BOX. PTPs aren't worth much if they're rushed or half-finished. ZeroGuard is built around making safety planning meaningful, and our roadmap includes AI-powered PTP quality scoring to help foremen file plans that actually hold up. INSIDE THE APP - Dashboard. Live view of today's field activity across every crew. - Pre-Task Plan. Mobile-first PTP submission, built for the field. - Safety Reporting. Real-time hazard and incident reports, with photo proof and audit-ready records. - Jobsite Roster. Track who's on site, every day, across every crew. - Analytics. AI-driven readiness insights for supers and GCs every morning. THE RESULT Stronger safety records. Audit-ready documentation. A defensible paper trail. And field teams that start every shift prepared for what's actually in front of them. ABOUT US We're a team of founders out of Virginia Tech and George Mason, with backgrounds in construction and software engineering. ZeroGuard is the tool we wished existed when we were in the field.
