Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: She at 4.7 against Pixel Speech's 1.0. She also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 5 months vs every 50 months). Pixel Speech's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 87%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pixel Speech sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. She asks for nothing beyond the download.
She holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: She has 109 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Pixel Speech's written reviews are positive against 87% of She's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Pixel Speech ships an update every 50 months, She every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
