ShootingPlus V3 holds the better App Store score, 2.2 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ShootingPlus V3 has 1.1K ratings behind it against 53, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 24% of HORI Device Manager's written reviews are positive against 17% of ShootingPlus V3's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
