Hello Engine takes a podcast from an idea to live on Apple Podcasts and Spotify, then helps you keep it going. LAUNCH YOUR SHOW Seven steps, in order, with nothing skipped. Decide who you are starting with and invite co-hosts. Answer a consultation about your topic, audience and format. Get a show name, concept directions, a cover art brief and your first five episode ideas. Pick the right gear for how you actually record, choose a host, work the launch checklist, then submit to Apple and Spotify screen by screen. PLAN EVERY EPISODE Line up what you are recording next. Generate ten episode ideas grounded in your show, not generic prompts. Write structured outlines with timings and talking points. Research your guest from public sources, generate tailored interview questions and a host briefing, and email them their prep in one tap. PODCAST MODE Put your phone on a stand while you record. Hello Engine listens and suggests follow-up questions, new angles, and where to take the conversation, updating as you talk. It reads who is in the room from the conversation itself, so it knows the difference between an interview and two co-hosts. Audio is transcribed on your device and never uploaded. Hello Engine does not record audio, so keep your usual setup running. The transcript is saved to your episode when you finish, ready for show notes and clips. EARN YOUR BADGES Publishing badges are earned, never given. Hold a streak, hit episode milestones, get your show live. Every badge comes with a verifiable certificate. WHO IT IS FOR First time podcasters who want a clear path instead of forty browser tabs, and working hosts who want the planning to take minutes rather than an afternoon. Hello Engine works alongside helloengine.io. Sign in with the same account and everything stays in sync.
