Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: IMLeagues ND at 3.9 against CFBPlayoff's 2.3. IMLeagues ND also leads on iOS requirement (15.5 vs 17.0). CFBPlayoff's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 24 months). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

IMLeagues ND holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 2.3.
