Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: 简谱学钢琴 at 5.0 against 钢琴基础入门Lite's 4.4. 钢琴基础入门Lite's advantage is review sentiment (95% vs 59%) and ads (none vs shown). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. 钢琴基础入门Lite sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and 简谱学钢琴 sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
简谱学钢琴 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 钢琴基础入门Lite has 42 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 95% of 钢琴基础入门Lite's written reviews are positive against 59% of 简谱学钢琴's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
