Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Aarti App at 3.2 against Davar's 2.0. Aarti App also leads on ratings volume (13 vs 1). Davar's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 63%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Aarti App holds the better App Store score, 3.2 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Aarti App has 13 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 63% of Aarti App's written reviews are positive against 100% of Davar's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Aarti App ships an update every 5 weeks, Davar monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
