Verdict
The clearest difference is price: コエタイマー at Free against Talking Timer's $1.99. コエタイマー also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 13.0). Talking Timer's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 22 months). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
