Verdict
必剪 and 蓝领荟 both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of 蓝领荟's written reviews are positive against 61% of 必剪's. 蓝领荟 also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.0). 必剪's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 6) and ads (none vs shown). On price, rating, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 蓝领荟 sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. 必剪 asks for nothing beyond the download.
蓝领荟 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 必剪 has 5K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 61% of 必剪's written reviews are positive against 100% of 蓝领荟's.
必剪 ships an update fortnightly, 蓝领荟 every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
