Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 必剪 at none against 格式转换's 3. 必剪 also leads on ratings volume (4.9K vs 3). 格式转换's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (12.1 vs 14.0). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 格式转换 sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. 必剪 asks for nothing beyond the download.
格式转换 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 必剪 has 4.9K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
