Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Dodge at 5.0 against Squickly's 4.5. Dodge also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.4). Squickly's advantage is ratings volume (6 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
