Wellness Step helps you turn fitness, sports, hobbies, study, reading, mindful self-care, and bucket-list goals into consistent action on a 20-mission board. Start on your own as a planner and build a personal group and board, or invite members by link and approve their requests. Planners can follow each member’s progress and records they choose to share, then encourage them through private one-to-one chat and feedback. Choose from physical, emotional, and intellectual wellness starter boards and 75 standard landmarks. Bucket List, Sports, and Hobbies each add 32 ad-supported landmarks; a rewarded ad is shown when saving a selected landmark. Features include planner and member views, multiple groups, invitations and approvals, editable mission names, order, and landmarks, optional height, weight, BMI, meal, and note tracking with sharing controls, push notifications, coaching feedback, group CSV statistics, reporting, blocking, and in-app account deletion. Wellness Step does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional when medical advice is needed.
