About

BuzziSpace RT60

This tool measures room reverberation times and simulates the effect of acoustic products. It helps determine the number of acoustic elements needed to improve room acoustics. The app organizes acoustic solutions by category for easier product selection.

Highlights
  • Measures reverberation times
  • Simulates acoustic product impact
  • Calculates required acoustic elements
  • Organized product catalog by category
  • How-to video guide
Features

The BuzziSpace RT60 app is a functional tool that measures reverberation times in small- to medium-sized rooms. In addition to calculating current reverberation levels, the RT60 app allows users to simulate the impact of various BuzziSpace acoustic products on the acoustics of a room and thereby determine the number of acoustic elements required to reduce reverberation times to acceptable levels. The product catalog changed is presented in a more organized arrangement of acoustic solutions by category. These categories are listed as: Wall Mounted, Ceiling Suspended, Acoustic Lighting, Acoustic Furniture, Free-Standing, and Partitions & Screening. By grouping our various acoustic solutions according to these categories, we aim to simplify the process of identifying and adding products to acoustic simulations within the app. A How-To video to walk you through the app has also been added. This video can be accessed via the menu in the app. For additional help, reach out to: www.buzzi.space/contact.

Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: BuzziSpace RT60 at none against SignalScope X's 10. BuzziSpace RT60 also leads on review sentiment (25% vs 10%) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.6). SignalScope X's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months) and rating (3.0 vs 2.7). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

SignalScope X holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SignalScope X has 23 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 10% of SignalScope X's written reviews are positive against 25% of BuzziSpace RT60's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

SignalScope X ships an update every 3 weeks, BuzziSpace RT60 every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
