Bad Yogi Studio provides yoga classes for real people. Practice to get stronger, more flexible, and more confident without judgment, pretense, or hippie hocus-pocus. You don’t have to reach a permanent state of enlightened bliss to be a yogi. We’re all real people who live real lives and let’s be honest -- stress and being crunched for time is part of that experience. Good thing Bad Yogi’s here to help ;) Classes ranging from 20- to 60-minutes, you’ll find bonus resources focused on yoga philosophy and meditation. I'm your instructor, Erin Motz, and I teach in a fun, accessible way that won't make you feel like everything you do is “wrong.” I’ve been teaching for 12+ years, but you won’t hear much Sanskrit and I really don’t care whether you know your asana from your elbow. We’re going to make yoga an enjoyable part of your life, not another chore you’re obligated to fulfill. You get to do yoga on your time, at your pace, and without an audience of strangers awkwardly looking at you in Happy Baby (if you’ve never done yoga before, you’ll soon learn why this is hilarious ;)) OUR PLANS: Match your goals & lifestyle with Flexible On-Demand Subscription options that include: • Pay 11.99 a month with a 7-day free trial, auto-renewing monthly.* • Pay 119.99 a year with a 7-day free trial, auto-renewing annually.* * All payments will be paid through your iTunes Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. Cancellations are incurred by disabling auto-renewal. About

Birth Timer

Features

Birth Timer is a deliberately simple contraction timer for pregnant people. One button, one clear stopwatch. Tap when a contraction begins. Tap when it ends. Birth Timer does the math, you focus on breathing. WHAT BIRTH TIMER MEASURES • Live duration of the current contraction • Start-to-start interval, the clinical standard • Average duration and last interval in the History tab • A personal hint when contractions reach the interval your midwife or hospital told you to call at 4:8 BREATHING While a contraction runs, a soft ring breathes around the button on a 4:8 cycle, four seconds inhale, eight seconds exhale. A discreet "Inhale / Exhale" word switches with it. Stay in rhythm without looking down. APPLE WATCH Birth Timer has a matching watch app. Tap right on your wrist without reaching for your phone. The watch shows the same button and the same breathing ring. Even when the watch is briefly out of range, taps are queued and sync as soon as it reconnects. WHEN TO CALL A dedicated info panel lists the signs that need immediate attention, even when contractions haven't reached your call threshold yet: water breaking, heavier bleeding, less baby movement, severe headaches, sudden pain, or simply the feeling that something is wrong. One tap takes you to your contacts. CONTACTS FOR THE MOMENT Birth Timer keeps your most-important numbers a single tap away. Midwife, hospital, partner, emergency. Fill in what you already know. When the moment comes, calling is right there. HOSPITAL BAG A prepared checklist is already in the app. From insurance cards to comfortable slippers to your favorite music speaker. Localized for German, English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese. Every item is editable. LOCAL AND PRIVATE Birth Timer keeps everything on your device. No accounts, no cloud, no tracking, no ads. Your data stays with you. One tap clears it all. WHAT BIRTH TIMER IS NOT Birth Timer is not a medical device and does not provide diagnoses. We measure duration and interval, nothing more. When in doubt, always contact your midwife or hospital. MADE FOR YOU Birth Timer was created because pregnant people deserve a calm, honest companion through labor. No diagnoses, no ads, just a reliable timer at your side.
