SIMPLY AND QUICKLY LEARN THE BEST TECHNIQUES FROM BJJ Includes all the latest BJJ instructionals form Grapplearts.com BJJ has been proven again and again by professional fighters in Mixed Martial Art competitions, as well as by many ordinary people defending themselves in the street against bigger and stronger attackers. Many experts believe that BJJ is the single most effective martial art. We believe that many different martial arts are effective, but the bottom line is that if you understand the ground game then it gives you a HUGE advantage in a fight. Grappling may seem complicated and difficult to learn, but all you really need is a plan and a place to start. The techniques, tactics, and strategies covered in the different modules within this app will make you a confident grappler in all areas of the ground! Download this app now for free and get instant access to a TON of the most important BJJ and submission grappling techniques. ABOUT STEPHAN KESTING AND GRAPPLEARTS.COM My name is Stephan Kesting and I’ve been doing martial arts for more than 37 years. The grappling arts have been my main focus for about 25 of these years, and now I’m a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, and also a certified instructor in Erik Paulson’s Combat Submission Wrestling. In addition to the grappling qualifications, I’m also a black belt in Kajukenbo Karate, an instructor in Dan Inosanto’s Jun Fan JKD, Maphalindo Silat, and the Filipino Martial Arts program. I’ve studied Japanese Judo, Russian Sambo, various Chinese Kung Fu systems, Brazilian Capoeira, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and many other martial arts. I’m not bringing up those qualifications to boast. The reason I mentioned them is to establish that I’ve been around the scene, trained with a lot of different people, and have a good understanding of the challenges that grapplers face on the mats everyday. I know quality and can recognize stuff that really works when I see it. Grapplearts is my company and we’ve been online since 2002. That’s a long time, and we’ve produced a ton of instructional products, continuously refining how the material gets taught and presented in order to make it easier to learn. The goal is to get you the best information in the easiest-to-learn format, period! END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

One focus. Every roll builds on it. GrappleLoop is a private BJJ training journal that helps you carry what you learn into your next session. Choose one move or concept, review a short cue before class, and check in afterward with what worked and what to try next. GIVE YOUR TRAINING A DIRECTION Set one active Focus and choose when to review your progress, from 3 to 20 attempted sessions. Keep the cue that matters close instead of trying to remember everything at once. CAPTURE WHAT HAPPENED Record your class type and outcome: Hit, Partial success, Stuck, or Not attempted. Save your next cue and optional notes about feedback, resistance, or surprises. Each check-in becomes part of your training history. REMEMBER MORE FROM CLASS Save other learnings without changing your current Focus. Build evolving topics with dated notes, connect them to your own BJJ references and video links, and choose a saved learning when you are ready for your next Focus. SEE YOUR PRACTICE TAKE SHAPE Browse your Log as a timeline, by topic, or on a calendar. Search notes and tags. Review your week and completed Focus cycles, then decide whether to keep practicing or move on. KEEP YOUR CUE CLOSE Add Today's Focus, Technique Reminder, and This Week widgets to your Home Screen. Keep your Focus cue on your Lock Screen and mark your review from the widget before training. YOUR JOURNAL, YOUR RECORD Use light or dark appearance, export your training data, and manage or delete your account from Settings. GrappleLoop organizes what you are already learning. It does not provide jiu-jitsu instruction. An account is required. Syncing and saving new check-ins require an internet connection. Start with six free check-ins. Continue with an optional one-time lifetime unlock, with no subscription or automatic renewal. The price is shown before purchase. Lifetime access removes the check-in limit for the lifetime of the GrappleLoop service. Restore eligible purchases from your account settings.
