As a vendor, TrueAccess simplifies the credentialing process by allowing you to upload all required documents and sign all hospital policies entirely with your phone. It provides a more efficient way to check in and out of contracted hospitals. You no longer have to look for a kiosk or print a badge. The application uses geofencing to determine when you enter the hospital and then determines if you have authorization to be there at that time. If so, it connects to your smart-badge by Bluetooth and turns the badge LED indicator green. It turns the LED off when you leave. The app functions in the foreground and background. This enables the badge to function without the need to open the app each time you enter or leave a hospital. In some cases you may need an appointment for access to the hospital and if so, it can be made and managed using the app. TrueAccess is a healthcare technology company providing simplified and secure vendor management. CONFORM App is a mobile solution for hospitals to monitor and manage their patient enrollment activities. The app provides real-time updates on patient enrollment status, allowing hospitals to quickly identify and address any issues or delays in the process. Additionally, the app generates reports and analytics to give hospitals valuable insights into their enrollment performance and identify areas for improvement. To create a new account, use the Sign Up option on the Login page. As a hospital representative you may sign up for an account to view - hospital enrollment rankings - connect with other users - see resources, such as related articles or educational videos - locate hospitals and view their rankings using our map feature - favorite hospitals or users to return to them quickly
