Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Ruko Fly at Free against Weedplates's $0.99. Ruko Fly also leads on rating (4.3 vs 4.0) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). Weedplates's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months) and review sentiment (67% vs 50%). On ratings volume, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Ruko Fly is free to download; Weedplates costs $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Ruko Fly holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 4 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Weedplates's written reviews are positive against 50% of Ruko Fly's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Weedplates ships an update every 3 weeks, Ruko Fly every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
