As soon as you provide the basic details, application verifies phone number. 1) Download the app, register with mobile number 2) Verify the OTP received at your number, and an account is created with it 3) All the services provided by the laundry displayed for booking needs. 4) As consumer, you can either schedule a pickup (or) book a service by selecting all the services. 5) Notification is sent to you upon successful request. 6) Driver comes your location, and collect all the garments 7) Also, capture the services to be rendered against the garments 8) Driver take back the clothes to the factory, and drop them over there 9) Operations staff will process the garments, and update that in the portal 10) Driver get back the serviced clothes to your place 11) Collect the clothes, and pay the service 12) Review the whole service for betterment.
