Fractly

Fractly turns shared expenses into one less thing to worry about. Trips, dinners, shared flats or a friend's gift: log who paid and Fractly works out who owes whom, to the cent. HOW IT WORKS • Create a group and invite others with a link or a QR code. • Add each expense in seconds: amount, who paid and who it's split between. • Fractly always shows how much you owe and how much you're owed. • When someone pays, mark the debt as settled and you're done. SPLIT IT YOUR WAY • Equally, by exact amounts or by shares (for example, whoever stays two nights pays double). • A date and an emoji for every expense: Fractly suggests one from the title. • Duplicate recurring expenses and edit them whenever you need. THE WHOLE GROUP IN SYNC • Real-time group chat, so expenses don't get lost among your other conversations. • Notifications when someone adds an expense, settles a debt or writes in the chat. • A summary of everyone's balance, ready to share. BUILT FOR EVERYDAY USE • Archive groups once they're closed. • Avatars and emojis to recognise each group at a glance. • Light and dark theme. • Sign in with Apple, Google or your email. • Available in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian, and on the web at fractly.app. Free and ad-free.

Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Fractly at none against Nearkey's shown. Fractly also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
