Fish Pass is the fastest way to purchase fishing on rivers and lakes in the UK. Based upon the successful Westcountry Angling Passport (WAP) scheme, that has run in Devon and Cornwall for nearly 20 years, Fish Pass brings this system into the digital age with a stylish and friendly interface. Fish Pass offers fishing for wild brown trout, sea trout, salmon and grayling in unrivalled surroundings as well as a multitude of coarse venues. Fish Pass has completely replaced the old Westcountry Angling Passport tokens, allowing you to purchase tokens in advance of your day’s fishing and simply scan a code at the river to convert your tokens into a day ticket. No paper, no pen, and your catch returns can be filled in the app too. Browse the beats available with photos, catches, tackle and tactics. Detailed mapping of parking and the exact banks you can fish from. Top up your account with new tokens with your debit or credit card. Catch returns must be filled as per the rules of WAP and this is as simple as a couple of drop down fields and a few words typed out if you feel the need. Photos of your prized catch can be uploaded or problems that you have encountered on the river like possible pollution or invasive species.

About

Tightlog

Tightlog is a fishing logbook for carp, F1 and coarse anglers. Log a catch in seconds - species, weight, photo - and Tightlog captures the conditions for you: weather, barometric pressure and its trend, wind direction, moon phase, tides, and live river levels. Over a season it shows you the patterns behind your own catches - the time of day, the pressure and the moon phase you actually catch in. A COACH THAT HAS READ YOUR LOGBOOK Tightlog turns those patterns into a read of the day: which spell to fish, what the pressure is doing, and how today compares with the sessions that actually worked. Ask it anything about methods, rigs, baits and watercraft, and it answers as a coarse angler would. The read of the day is generated on your phone with Apple Intelligence, on devices that support it. The chat coach uses Apple Intelligence where it is available and falls back to our own server when it is not, so your questions may be sent to us and on to Google Gemini to be answered. Your logbook database is not uploaded either way. YOUR LOGBOOK, YOUR PHONE The logbook is a database on your device. Copying it to our servers is optional and stays off until you turn it on. Export everything to CSV or a photo archive whenever you like, so your records leave with you. SHARE ONLY WHAT YOU CHOOSE Sharing is per catch and always deliberate. Publish one to the shared feed, add friends, run a group, or fish a private competition with a join code. Locations on a shared catch are rounded to a coarse grid on your phone, so an exact swim never leaves the device. Everything you do not share stays private. Also included: sessions with a live catch rate, personal bests by species, a monthly goal, your rigs and bait, and AI Studio for turning a favourite catch into artwork. WHAT STAYS FREE You can use Tightlog before you pay - there is no hard paywall at first launch. These stay free forever: weather, pressure, moon phase and tide captured on every catch, lb/oz units and UK species, CSV and photo export, and recovery-code backup. No ads, ever. Free for your first 10 catches and 2 venues - that is not a limit on what the app can do, just where the free plan starts. We never move a free feature behind the paywall. Free for 10 catches and 2 venues, with the conditions data and the analysis included. Tightlog Pro lifts the caps and unlocks the AI features. It is an auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly, monthly and annually, or a one-time lifetime purchase, and the price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy. AI features carry fair-use limits. Terms of Use: https://tightlog.com/terms Privacy Policy: https://tightlog.com/privacy
