Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Da Fit at 63% against GUESS Connect Digital+'s 11%. Da Fit also leads on ratings volume (228K vs 3) and chart position (#79 vs unranked). GUESS Connect Digital+'s advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
GUESS Connect Digital+ holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Da Fit has 228K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 63% of Da Fit's written reviews are positive against 11% of GUESS Connect Digital+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Da Fit ships an update fortnightly, GUESS Connect Digital+ every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
