Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Model Now at 4.6 against Model Mayhem's 1.6. Model Now also leads on review sentiment (41% vs 3%) and ratings volume (2.9K vs 76). Model Mayhem's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Written reviews point the same way: 41% of Model Now's written reviews are positive against 3% of Model Mayhem's.
Model Now ships an update monthly, Model Mayhem every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
